The Golden Raffle is open to everyone over the age of 18, whether you attend the Casino Night event or not. Golden Raffle tickets are sold separately from the Casino Night event ticket.
Starting in late July and until sold-out, you can purchase Raffle tickets to be entered to win one of three prizes. Tickets can only be purchased from a member of the Kiwanis Club of Windsor. You can purchase tickets before any regular club meeting on Wednesdays from 5p-6pm, by reaching out to any club member, visiting with us at any of our upcoming events, or you can feel free to email [email protected] to directly connect with a Kiwanis member.

Once tickets are sold out, no additional tickets will be released, giving each ticket a 1 in 667 chance to win one of our three Featured Raffle Prizes! We strongly encourage purchasing tickets early, as tickets may sell out prior to the event.

This raffle is conducted by the Kiwanis Club of Windsor, Inc. (“Sponsor”), a nonprofit organization organized and operated for charitable purposes in the State of Colorado.
Raffle conducted pursuant to Colorado Raffle License # TBD.
Eligibility
Raffle tickets may be purchased only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
Tickets may only be sold and purchased within the State of Colorado and must be obtained through authorized representatives of the Sponsor.
Officers, members, and representatives of the Sponsor are eligible to participate, unless otherwise restricted by internal policy.

Total number of tickets available: 2,000
Ticket price: $20 each or six (6) for $100
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis
Once all 2,000 tickets are sold, no additional tickets will be issued
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable
Raffle Entry Requirement
Participation in this raffle requires the purchase of an official raffle ticket issued by the Sponsor in accordance with Colorado charitable gaming laws.
Winning tickets will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor.
Participants do not need to be present to win.
Each ticket is eligible for one (1) prize only. Prizes will be awarded in the order drawn:
First ticket drawn: First Prize
Second ticket drawn: Second Prize
Third ticket drawn: Third Prize
Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the drawing earlier than the scheduled date if all tickets are sold in advance.

First Prize: One (1) ounce gold bar
Second Prize: Ten (10) ounce silver bar
Third Prize: One (1) ounce silver bar

Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold, up to a maximum of 2,000 tickets.
Winner Notification and Prize Claim
Winners will be determined by the ticket numbers drawn.
Winners who are not present at the drawing will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. It is the responsibility of each participant to provide accurate and legible contact information. If the contact information provided is a mailing address, you will be notified via certified mail. You will then have 30 days from the receipt of that certified notification to claim your prize.
To claim a prize, the winner must present the original winning ticket.
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Any prize not claimed within this period may be retained by the Sponsor for charitable use or otherwise awarded in accordance with applicable Colorado law.
Prizes may be claimed in person, by an authorized representative, or shipped at the winner’s expense and risk.
Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize winnings are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners may be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving a prize. The Sponsor will issue appropriate tax reporting forms (including IRS Form W-2G, if applicable) as required by law.
For prizes exceeding applicable IRS thresholds, the Sponsor may be required to withhold federal income taxes prior to prize distribution.
Use of Proceeds
All net proceeds from this raffle will be used to support charitable programs and community initiatives consistent with the mission of the Kiwanis Club of Windsor.
General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, members, and representatives from any liability arising out of participation in the raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Governing Law
This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Weld County, Colorado.
